1. Explain the admission and visa procedure
Once the student gets his offer letter or on registration with Take Off Educational Consultants, he starts his visa process. He is then given a visa manual which includes all theVisa file preparation details. (Liquid Assets, Format of Affidavit, Affidavit of Oath, Covering Letter, Index and with that visa form which has to be filled up by the student applicant.)
2. What is paper file?
In paper file, whole file of the applicant will be sent to T T Services along with the fee drafts of T T Services and Australian High Commission.
3. What is eVisa?
Required documents are scanned and the file will be lodged by Take Off Education.
Take off Educational Consultants is the authorized representative for eVisa lodgement.
4. How do I have to pay theVisa fees in case of Paper File and eVisa?
Paper File: Fees are to be paid by Bank Drafts
eVisa: by Credit Card
5. What is the difference between Evisa and Paper visa?
In case of E-Lodgement, the eCoe has to be obtained before the lodgement of the file from the University. Medicals are received immediately on lodgement of visa file.

7. What is TT Services?
It is theVisa Collection Center for collecting paper lodged files on behalf of the Australian High Commission, New Delhi.
8. When should I lodge my visa file?
12 to 16 weeks before the commencement of the course.
9. How long should my passport be valid?
Your passport should be valid for at least six months from the time of lodging theVisa application.
10. How many photograqphs are required?
4 passport size photographs.
11. What is eCoe?
Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment.
12. How can I get my eCoe?
By paying fees to the University, you can get the eCOE. You are also required to sign the acceptance of offer of the university.
13. When eCoe is required?
For eVisa: Before lodging the file
For paper File: Once the PVA is done, eCOE is required for final visa stamping.
14. What is the new eVisa medical procedure?
Medicals to be sent to Adelaide directly by the examining doctor.
15. Where do we send medical in case of paper file?
New Delhi. These will be sent directly by the examining doctor.
16. Medicals are to be done within which time framework?
within 28 days
17. Can I go to any doctor for my medicals?
No. You have to get your medicals done only from the list of panel doctors provided by Australian High Commission.
18. Is IELTS compulsory for visa?
Yes. IELTS should not be more than 24 months before date of application.
19. For how many weeks can I go for ELICOS?
Not more than 30 weeks.
20. What is 571, 572, 573 aand 574?
Visa subclass
21. Who are included under visa subclass 572?
Students going for Certificate and TAFE courses (Diploma) fall under this subclass.
22. How many bands are required in IELTS under visa subclass 572?
5.5
23. Who can sponsor me if I am going under visa subclass 572?
Applicant (Self Sponsor), his parents, grandparents (Paternal and Maternal), Applicant's Spouse, Applicant's Brother and Sister. Spouse of the above acceptable sponsors is considered valid if he is in joint name with the acceptable sponsor.
24. Can I avail bank loan under visa subclass 572 and how long the funds have to be maintained in his bank account?
Yes. Funds should be maintained for atleast 6 months.
25. Who are included under visa subclass 573?
Students going for Under Graduate and Masters by coursework fall under this subclass.
26. Who are included under visa subclass 574?
Students going for Masters by research fall under this subclass.
27. How many bands are required in IELTS under visa subclass 573 & 574?
6.0 or above
28. Who can sponsor me for U.G and P.G courses – subclass 573?
Any person.
29. Explain presentation of theVisa file?
Documents to be arranged as per the document list given by the AHC.
30. Can I take spouse and child as dependent?
Yes, if a student is going for a course which is of more than one year.
31. Is sponsorship from USA, U.K. acceptable?
Yes.
